I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and struggles with significant life change through a mixture of therapeutic approaches tailored specifically to you since there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to healing. As your therapist, it is my intention to approach our sessions from a compassionate lens, bringing authenticity and acceptance into each and every session.
Personally, I am a wife and a mother. The path thus far has been filled with good and bad experiences/transitions, resulting in my own healing journey that has allowed me to reconnect with myself through self-compassion, creativity, and acceptance. This has allowed me to develop the values that I strongly believe in and continue using to inform my practice, including empathy, and authenticity.
Something that I continue to discover is that no one can ever really be an expert on anything. There is always something new around the corner for us to learn and grow from, which is why I consider myself to be a lifelong learner throughout this journey both personally and professionally.
